CarBoss provides automated information to help Winnipeg buyers assess used-car dealer listings. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What a report does

Reports summarize available public listings and dealer-provided history, compare asking prices, calculate estimates and identify questions. They are not mechanical inspections, appraisals, guarantees, lien certificates or legal advice. Data may be incomplete, unavailable or out of date. Confirm material facts with the seller and an independent mechanic.

History and source material

We store summaries and links, not copies of full vehicle history reports. Source providers retain their rights. Request the original history from the dealer. A missing claim does not establish that a car has never been damaged.

Prices and purchases

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged for the service. Find my car is a one-time purchase with a 30-day monitoring window beginning when payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically. Inventory coverage is limited to sources we can successfully access.

Refunds and failed delivery

If a paid report or search cannot be delivered, contact hello@carboss.ca with your purchase reference for a refund. CarBoss does not promise a particular number of matches or a particular saving. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Negotiation and add-ons

Human negotiation requires a separate written scope and fee agreement before any dealer contact or charge. Lien searches require explicit authorization and are not included in an automated report.

Acceptable use

Submit only public listing links you are entitled to use. Do not use the service to access private systems, evade access controls or overload a source. We may limit requests or suspend misuse.
